We developed a strategy that involved rewarding consumers to foster brand loyalty. Consumers of Lumia devices stood a chance to walk away with 5 Chevrolet Cruz cars & 40 Lumia devices on purchase of any Lumia device throughout the period of the campaign.
No matter the device bought everyone stood a chance to become a winner. From Nairobi to Rift Valley to Central different consumers stood a chance to win different prizes with the grand prize being a new Chevrolet Cruz. This led to an emotional brand loyalty and increase in the brand’s market share over other brands.
